In the "Members introduce themselves" section, companies and research institutes from the Cluster Electric Mobility South-West provide an insight into their activities: they talk about their current activities, look into the future and show how they are advancing cooperation in the Cluster Electric Mobility South-West. In August, we put three questions to csi entwicklungstechnik.

What are the topics your company is currently working on?

As an innovation-driven, medium-sized German company, we deal with the symbiosis of technology and methodology: development concepts in the earliest phase as a reference-strong automotive partner and process and project management expert with a high degree of operationalisation identification.

What are we currently dealing with? The economic situation in Germany and its industries, our future viability combined with an open alliance with open-minded partners true to the motto: Simply do it. One step at a time. For electromobility that is considered across the board.

What topics will be relevant or of interest to your company in the future?

In the future, topics such as electromobility, in particular the special diagnosis of high-voltage batteries, will be of great importance to us, as well as task force support and structural design, starting in the body area with a platform approach (OEM). We are also interested in project management outside the automotive industry, particularly in relation to multi-project management and the management of suppliers, deadlines, associated changes and the traceability of processes or procedures. Another important future topic for us is process consulting at the operational level with identification and optimisation for visible success, where we work close to people and factories. Equally interesting for us are concepts for the development of lightweight construction and ergonomics in vehicles and aircraft - from the development of ideas and initial implementation for realistic studies through to final implementation.

How does the Cluster Electric Mobility South-West support you?

As a comprehensive, open and neutral platform, the Cluster Electric Mobility South-West with its community, transparent and helpful communication, the opportunity for visibility, targeted and meaningful networking and the approach of joint events can already show us a lot of potential. With the existing expertise and the wide range of members, we see a high level of like-minded people, professional and economic exchange partners, people interested in projects and future partners in this environment. We look forward to ensuring a lively exchange with our commitment.
