The overall system of electric mobility is highly complex. To do justice to all aspects of such a wide ranging subject and to promote in-depth analysis, the cluster partners have organised their work in subject related working groups.

Current projects

The industrialisation of electric mobility is actively promoted by cluster partners in various research and development projects. Nationally funded or state funded projects are allocated to respectively one of four innovation fields.

Internationalisation

Knowing what happens worldwide with regard to electric mobility, making international contacts and opening markets and business opportunities. The Cluster Electric Mobility Southwest empowers its partners with its innovation strategy through global networking from Asia to the Americas and specifically in Europe.

Education, advanced and specialised training

Mobility of the future is shaped by people with highly different professions and occupations. University graduates of different faculties are just as much in demand as crafts- and tradesmen with an interdisciplinary training.

Knowledge transfer

The ongoing transfer of knowledge between industry, science and society is a major task of the Cluster Electric Mobility Southwest. Special attention is given to the active support of small and medium-sized businesses in the technological transformation of electric mobility.

AllFraTech

The Franco-German cooperation project AllFraTech enhances the collaboration of the Cluster Electric Mobility Southwest with stakeholders in the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. In its way, it represents the long-term assurance of initiating cross-border research and development projects.
